P'Lickles Famous BBQ Food Truck is a truly special mobile kitchen, crafted to celebrate Tamyra Mensah-Stock's monumental feat of becoming the first African American to win Gold in Wrestling for the U.S.A as it was a gift from Cameron Davies to Shonda, Tamyra’s mom. After hearing the story about Tamyra planning to spend nearly her entire Olympic winnings, the Cruising Kitchens CEO offered to step in and pull resources to create this mobile kitchen valued at over 10X the Gold Medalist’s winnings. This one of a kind food truck has been designed and built by Cruising Kitchens, world-renowned experts in custom appliances for mobile kitchens, and it has all the top of the line amenities you'd expect for a top of the line BBQ food truck including state of the art stove tops, flat griddle, fryers, ventilation system & a pellet smoker.
