Build Overview
Cruising Kitchens has broken another milestone in the mobile kitchen industry by creating the world's largest mobile kitchen. Designed for San Jose State University, the kitchen is built using a 54-foot long semi-trailer to serve the cooking needs of college students during campus events. The mobile kitchen features six separate cooking stations that can cater to 10,000 meals per day, making it possible to feed a larger demographic. The kitchen also includes a walk-in cooler, generator power supply, and all necessary cooking equipment to ensure high-quality service standards. The sheer size of the kitchen and its capabilities reflect Cruising Kitchens' commitment to creating custom mobile solutions that match the unique needs of its clients.
