Cruising Kitchens recently built two mini food trucks for San Jose State University, including a merchandise mini-truck and a food mini-truck. The merchandise mini-truck is designed to sell university-branded clothing, accessories, and other selected items during events and functions, while the food mini-truck provides a mobile food option for the students. Both mini-trucks are designed to be easy to maneuver, fitting into tight spaces in the university campus. The exterior designs of the trucks mirror the university branding, increasing visibility during events, and solidifying the SJSU brand image.
